In the evening remove all makeup with a lotion or gel, use eye creme and moisturizer. In the morning use a gel (can be the same one day & night), eye creme and moisturizer (same ones again). On top of your moisturizer use a sunscreen lotion all year round (sun causes premature ageing amongst other things). Once or twice a week use an exfoliator. I find toners a complete waste of money, I rather use water. So basicaly, you need a mascara removing lotion, a cleanser, eye creme, moisturizer, sunscreen and exfoliator.

You should use all of them (exfoliate, toner, cleanser and moisturizer) to maintain healthy skin. They should also be all natural with no harsh soaps or chemicals (especially if you do NOT have a severe acne problem).

Exfoliate once a week with an exfoliator that contains papaya enzymes.

Use the toner daily in the morning.

Use a papaya cleanser daily when bathing. Use a papaya cleanser because the papaya enzymes gently dissolve dead skin, dirt and oils.

Use an oil free ALL natural moisturizer once or twice a day. Evenings are best if only moisturizing once a day.

The products I use are from Bee-Luscious. It is the highest quality you can get anywhere. I use the Papaya Line and the Hydrating Creme Concentrate. My husband even uses my Papaya Cleanser because it helps him to get a VERY close shave without any irritation. The website is http://www.beeroyalproducts.com.

Several types of meditation like Zen meditation, Lotus meditation, 8 minute meditation and telepathy have proven to be beneficial in modern times as they can be performed faster and in the long run have brought relief from stress.

Alterna Hemp with Organics Straightening Balm... the best anti-frizz product I've used so far. Also Moroccan Oil treatment - it has helped the long-term health of my hair dramatically, makes my hair really soft and easy to brush through, and it doesn't damage easily. I know you might be skeptical about hearing the word "oil" ... but it is viscous, somewhere in between an oil and a serum - and it is surprisingly light. Put a dime-sized amount in your hair right after towel-drying it, focusing on the ends.

I used to have the same problem. Try Ausie gel. It does wonders for getting rid of frizz! Just use a little hair spray to keep it in place!

I've used tresemme no frizz professional formula shine spray and it works pretty well. I also use Herbal Essence none of your frizzness shampoo and conditioner and it works well too.
I get a lot of fly aways on the top of my head at the part and i just use a little bit a hairspray and comb it down.
Hope this helps!!
